SugarCube Building Denver
Sugar Cube is a vertically integrated Mixed-Use infill project in a historic district in downtown Denver, Colorado. Wildman Chalmers Design was brought in to perform a strategic refresh of the interiors of the building, which were initially designed by internationally renowned architects KPBM. Work performed includes updated public amenity finishes, furniture, art, and a revamp of the community restroom design.
Additional unit upgrades were made to provide a lift to the kitchens, unit closets, and lighting. Wildman Chalmers Design integrated with the client's local team in Denver to maintain a high level of service and quality, and to help facilitate an update to the space to attract new tenants while ensuring minimal disruptions to the resident experience.
