Sewickley Shingle Style New Construction

The owners of this new construction home in a historical neighborhood of Pittsburgh requested a contextual, traditional shingle-style house.  A governor’s drive leads to a covered portico with gambrel roof lines and eyebrow windows above, and the combination of stone, shingles and trim balances the proportions and scale of the house. Work completed by owners of Wildman Chalmers Design while working at mossArchitects.
