Squirrel Hill Mid-Century Modern Renovation and Addition 2

Winner of Pittsburgh Magazine's Best of Design 2025 for Best Renovation. Wildman Chalmers Design transformed a mid-century modern home in Squirrel Hill North, Pittsburgh. The complete renovation includes a new second story with a luxurious primary suite, a stainless-steel lap pool, and an outdoor porch with garden views. The interior design features natural light, high ceilings, and a harmonious palette inspired by the surroundings. Highlights include a fireplace clad with green stone continuing from interior to exterior, a custom water feature, and a walnut-paneled staircase with a glowing handrail.
