Lawrenceville-based Wildman Chalmers is doing the design for the Block 292, a new concept from Brooks Broadhurst, former senior vice president of food and beverage for Eat’n Park. The concept combines a sustainable foods market and restaurant. It will house a 50-seat restaurant and a market with a butcher shop, rotisserie and local produce.
