Management Science Associates (MSA) Bakery Square, Pittsburgh

Management Science Associates, Inc. partnered with Wildman Chalmers Design for the relocation of their Pittsburgh office to a new 30,000 sf suite in Bakery Square.  Focusing on the creation of a space that utilizes the latest in innovative work approaches, the existing office fit-out was modified to bring it in line with the company's vision.  Taking lessons from the Pandemic and the Client's new hybrid work solution, the office was reconfigured to foster collaboration: new furniture was chosen for comfort and flexibility and a focus on “we” spaces instead of “me” spaces, allowing the employees to use their day in the office for teamwork and in-person meetings.  Additionally, by incorporating the Client branding, WCD worked to integrate graphics & wayfinding through wallcovering and carpeting to create bright and inspiring spaces.  With a wellness room, an open gathering area, and a spacious room for company events, their new corporate office has become a central hub for employees.
