Created by Uban Villages and operated by Aparium, the 265-room Populus hotel is a celebration of the natural world. Its striking design, featuring Aspen tree-inspired architecture by the renowned AD100 firm Studio Gang, incorporates biophilic elements crafted by Wildman Chalmers Design and Fowler Architecture and Interior Design, capturing the essence of the Mountain West. The hotel also showcases a thoughtfully curated art collection by artist and activist Katherine Homes. Guests can enjoy two unique dining experiences: Pasque, offering all-day dining, and Stellar Jay, a vibrant rooftop restaurant and bar with sweeping panoramic views. As part of its commitment to sustainability, Populus plants a tree for every night’s stay, inviting guests to contribute to the betterment of the planet.
