Block 292, Restaurant, Butcher and Market

Located in the Mt Lebanon neighborhood of the Pittsburgh, the292 Beverly Road building was formerly an automobile service station built in the 1920s.  The design concept of this restaurant and food market was to maintain the original feel of the service station from the street and provide a refined dining and retail experience in the interior.  All existing garage bays have been preserved and feature new operable glass doors.  Inside, the existing concrete floor is complimented by warm wood tones, custom brass beer and wine taps, marble and red glazed brick at the knee wall of the bar.  The extensive back-of-house kitchen provides ample cooking space for the restaurant as well as a butcher area for local meats.
